As a Purchasing (Supply Partnership), you'll be at the heart of our media supply ecosystem — sourcing and securing the best OOH inventory (billboards, 3rd-party transportation, and digital platforms) across Indonesia, and turning it into smart media recommendations that our sales team delivers to clients. This role is part hunter, part negotiator, part advisor: you'll build partnerships with media owners, negotiate the best deals, and make sure the right media reaches the right campaign on time. You'll have the opportunity to help shape how brands show up across Indonesia's streets and spaces, grow through cross-functional exposure to sales, operations, and commercial strategy, and collaborate with a team of ambitious, driven people who value initiative, ideas, and learning over hierarchy.

🌟 What You'll Do

Discover and propose partnerships with new and existing media owners across OOH inventory (billboards, 3rd-party transportation, and digital platforms) throughout Indonesia
Provide media and OOH recommendations (e.g. billboards, 3rd-party transportation) requested by the sales team and clients, and stay current with emerging media platforms and technologies to propose new supply opportunities
Negotiate pricing, rates, and payment terms with media owners and vendors to secure the best deals and placements
Maintain a strong understanding of media trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to support sound buying decisions and recommendations
Execute media buys based on the proposed inventory and campaign plans, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are secured and ready according to the timeline
Coordinate with vendors and monitor media buys to ensure placements deliver as expected and meet company standards, including confirming that installations are properly executed and in good condition based on vendor reports and documentation
Monitor media buys to ensure they deliver as expected, and provide regular reports on key metrics
Handle administrative tasks, including database updating, proposal sending, and related documentation

✅ What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in any major; marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field is a plus
1–2 years of experience in media buying or planning, or in purchasing/procurement
Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable rates and placements
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with internal and external stakeholders
Detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment, consistently delivering the best recommendations within tight timelines
Passionate about the media industry and eager to learn and grow in the role
