• →Team Collaboration: Coordinate directly with clients, architects, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related engineering field.
• Certification: Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or a valid Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred.
• Software: High proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD) software like AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
• Technical: Strong analytical, mathematical, and complex problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle stakeholder relationships.
• Physical: Ability to travel to various construction sites and work outdoors in different weather conditions.

• 2+ years of experience in civil site development or infrastructure construction.
• Deep knowledge of local, state, and federal building regulations and environmental guidelines.
