New Business Vertical - Managing Director, Non-Interest Banking

The Managing Director is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall stewardship of the Bank, ensuring sustainable profitability, regulatory compliance, sound risk governance, and adherence to non-interest/Islamic banking principles.

The role drives execution of Board-approved strategy, business growth, financial performance, digital transformation, operational resilience, and stakeholder confidence.

Key responsibilities include governance oversight, regulatory engagement, risk management, balance sheet optimization, market expansion, treasury and liquidity management, talent development, and Shari’ah compliance.

The position requires extensive banking experience, strong commercial acumen, executive leadership capability, and deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks and non-interest banking practices.
