Sales Development Internship - Summer 2027

The Titan Machinery Sales Development Internship is a dynamic, hands-on experience designed for driven 2-year or 4-year college students with less than 50% of their academic career remaining. This internship builds foundational sales knowledge while providing real-world exposure to dealership operations, customer engagement, and performance-driven results. Interns will partner with store leaders and sales teams to gain practical experience in equipment sales, rentals, parts and service support, and key administrative systems. Interns will leave this program with sharpened sales skills, a deep understanding of operational systems and processes, and insight into what drives strong customer relationships and dealership success. High-performing interns may be considered for future employment opportunities with Titan Machinery.

*Internship will run May 18, 2027-August 6, 2027

• Enrolled in a 2- or 4-year college program AND have less than 50% of your academic career remaining by the start of the internship program
• Ability to commit to a full-time summer schedule (35-40 hours/week for 8-12 weeks)

• Passion for sales, customer service, and the equipment industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer literacy and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail, initiative, and professionalism
• Willingness to work in a faced paced, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to travel on a limited basis
