Group Reporting & Consolidation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Reporting & Consolidation Manager to oversee the financial reporting and consolidation processes for Super Services Ltd. and its subsidiaries. Working closely with subsidiary finance teams and mentoring junior members of the finance department, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of our consolidated financial statements.

• Manage and execute the monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation process, ensuring adherence to IFRS, company accounting policies, and all relevant regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and supporting schedules.
• Coordinate with subsidiary finance teams to ensure timely, accurate submission of financial data, including intercompany reconciliations and eliminations.
• Develop and enhance consolidation models, processes, and reporting systems, identifying improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare detailed financial analysis and commentary on consolidated results, explaining variances and trends to senior management.
• Act as the key point of contact for external auditors during the group audit process, providing documentation and explanations.
• Support the integration of newly acquired entities into the group reporting framework and contribute to annual reports and other regulatory filings.
• Mentor and develop junior team members within the finance department.

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a group reporting and consolidation role, preferably within a multinational company.
• Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and consolidation principles.
• Demonstrated experience with group consolidation software (e.g. SAP BPC, Hyperion Financial Management, OneStream).
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and geographies.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in the gaming or online entertainment industry.
