• →Coordinate and supervise the shipping, receiving, picking, and storage activities on the shift in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives.
• →Ability to communicate effectively with all associates.
• →Ensure adherence to company policy and procedure.
• →Conduct operations in a manner that promotes the safety, security and cleanliness of the facility.
• →Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurate fashion.
• →Also required, but not limited to, receiving, loading, put-away, replenishing and order picking.
• →Perform other duties assigned by management.
• →Open and or close & secure the building as directed.
• →Able to work weekends, dayshift, afternoons, and midnight shift if necessary.
• →Ability to handle up to 50 lbs.

• →Good organizational and communication skills
• →Common sense and ability to see the bigger picture (process orientation)
• →Working experience in Blue Yonder /SAP preferred
• →Willingness to work overtime when required meeting business needs
• →MHE Certification (Center Rider, Standup/Sit down Counterbalance)
