Operations Supervisor - Distribution

DHL in Lithia Springs is looking for an Operations Supervisor with 3PL experience. Must have Manhattan & LMS experience. Looking for a strong leader with a background of managing processes and people. 

• Lead shift operations across inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and shipping
• Ensure all orders are processed with accuracy and on-time departure (OTD) metrics
• Balance labor across zones based on volume fluctuations and workload
• Drive adherence to work standards, SOPs, and customer requirements
• Directly supervise associates, leads, and team coordinators
• Conduct pre-shift huddles outlining goals, safety focus, and performance expectations
• Coach employees on productivity, quality, and safety standards
• Manage attendance, discipline, and performance improvement plans (PIPs)

Develop bench strength by identifying and mentoring future leaders

The Operations Supervisor role has a national salary range of $62,500 - $70,000.

For roles in California the range is $70,304 - $82,000 and for roles in Washington the range is $80,169 - $82,000.
