**This is a hybrid position that requires 2 days per week in office at our Chicago location**

The Demand Generation Specialist is responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and reporting on integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue growth. This role supports multi-channel demand generation initiatives including digital marketing, webinars, social media, email marketing, events, and paid programs. A key focus of this position is developing and executing webinar strategies and managing social media channels to increase audience engagement, generate qualified leads, and strengthen brand visibility. 

  • Develop, coordinate, and execute integrated demand generation campaigns that support pipeline and revenue objectives. 
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to launch campaigns across multiple marketing channels. 
  • Lead webinar strategy, planning, promotion, execution, and post-event follow-up to drive audience engagement and lead generation. 
  • Manage webinar logistics, speaker coordination, registration campaigns, audience communications, and performance reporting. 
  • Own day-to-day social media channel management and employee social media engagement strategies, including content scheduling, publishing, and performance optimization. 
  • Collaborate with content, creative, product marketing, and sales teams to develop campaign assets and messaging. 
  • Execute email marketing campaigns, nurture programs, and audience segmentation initiatives. 
  • Leverage digital marketing programs including paid media, content syndication, SEO, and website promotions. 
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting on key metrics, lead generation, engagement, pipeline contribution, and ROI. 
  • Maintain marketing calendars, campaign documentation, and project timelines to ensure on-time execution. 
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness through testing, optimization, and marketing best practices. 

WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU 

  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, campaign management, or B2B marketing. 
  • Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, particularly email, webinars, and social media. 
  • Strong webinar program management experience, including strategy development, platform administration, promotion, and reporting. 
  • Experience managing corporate social media channels, content calendars, and engagement strategies. 
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce. 
  • Working knowledge of demand generation, lead nurturing, lead management, and marketing funnel best practices. 
  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills, with experience leveraging project management tools like Asana or Wrike. 
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable recommendations. 
  • Experience collaborating across marketing, sales, product management, executives and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. 
  • B2B SaaS technology and ecommerce experience preferred.

Your individual compensation within the budgeted salary range is determined based on your skills, education, experience, and internal equity. This position is Bonus Eligible.

Budgeted Salary Range:
$68,000$74,000 USD
