Warehouse / Dock Associate

• →Load, unload, move, and secure materials using manual and mechanical methods (pallets, skids, platforms, containers, and transport vehicles)
• →Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness
• →Prepare products for shipment to ensure timely delivery
• →Operate pneumatic and power tools such as torque wrenches, nail guns, and impact guns
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dock and warehouse environment
• →Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• →Perform other duties as assigned

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Previous forklift experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective time management and attention to detail

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures (heat and cold)
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work in a smoke-free facility for the duration of the shift

• High school diploma or equivalent required
