Source candidates using job boards, internal databases, referrals, and social media

Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications

Match candidates with roles that align with their skills and career goals

Communicate with clients to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidates

Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions in our ATS

Assist with onboarding tasks and ensure a positive candidate experience

Collaborate with the sales team to fill open job orders quickly and effectively

Meet weekly placement goals and earn commission based on performance
Requirements

1+ years of recruiting, staffing, or related experience preferred (will consider motivated entry-level candidates)

Strong communication and organizational skills

A team player who can also work independently

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open positions

Familiarity with ATS software and sourcing tools is a plus
