Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor junior writers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative writing environment.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to create high-quality, informative, and engaging content.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content meets the intended audience's needs and company goals.
  • Optimize content for SEO and ensure it adheres to web standards and accessibility guidelines.
  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools and make necessary adjustments to improve reach and impact.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality of our content.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in grammar, punctuation, and style conventions.
  • At least 5 years of experience in content writing and editing, preferably in the recruitment or human resources industry.
  • Proven experience in managing a team and developing content strategies.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of written content across different platforms.
  • Expertise in SEO best practices and analytics tools.
