Responsibilities

- →Write, edit, and ensure the accuracy and clarity of creative content including blog posts, articles, social media posts, and marketing materials.
- →Supervise and mentor junior writers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative writing environment.
- →Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to create high-quality, informative, and engaging content.
- →Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content meets the intended audience's needs and company goals.
- →Optimize content for SEO and ensure it adheres to web standards and accessibility guidelines.
- →Monitor content performance using analytics tools and make necessary adjustments to improve reach and impact.
- →Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality of our content.
Requirements
~1 min read- A Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in grammar, punctuation, and style conventions.
- At least 5 years of experience in content writing and editing, preferably in the recruitment or human resources industry.
- Proven experience in managing a team and developing content strategies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of written content across different platforms.
- Expertise in SEO best practices and analytics tools.
