Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Develop, implement, and manage paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- →Conduct keyword research and audience targeting to optimize ad performance.
- →Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify improvement areas.
- →Perform A/B testing to refine ad copies, visuals, and audience segments.
- →Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging ad content.
- →Manage budgets and allocate spending across different campaigns effectively.
- →Stay updated with industry trends and changes in advertising platforms.
- →Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and ad management platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Proven track record of increasing ROI on ad spend.
- Experience with search engine marketing (SEM) and social media advertising.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.) to track and report on campaign performance.
