Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- →Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social platforms.
- →Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics to optimize social media campaigns for improved performance.
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams like marketing, sales, and customer service to align social media efforts with broader company goals.
- →Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in social media, marketing, and digital technologies.
- →Engage and increase our audience through active interaction on various social media channels.
- →Analyze and report on social media performance metrics to guide future content creation and strategy adaptations.
- →Manage social media advertising campaigns, ensuring budget adherence and maximum return on investment.
- →Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, ensuring a positive community experience.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficient in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, strategies, and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a creativity-driven mindset.
- 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Proven experience in running successful social media campaigns that have achieved tangible results.
- Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote-first environment.
