Position Title: Telesales

Number of Openings: 10

• →Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell products and services.
• →Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings to effectively address customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
• →Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback utilizing our CRM system.
• →Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• →Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• →Collaborate with the sales team to identify new markets and business opportunities.
• →Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
• →Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software.
• Strong listening and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Prior experience in sales or customer service, particularly in a telesales environment, is preferred.
• Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and sales strategies.
• Experience in handling objections and closing sales.
• Background in a similar industry can be an advantage.
