Registered Nurse PD TeleCare (Remote, USA)

Role Overview


We are seeking Registered Nurses with active multi-state (NLC) licenses to join our PD TeleCare Health Data Analyst project. This fully remote role involves supporting patients with Sharesource-enabled cyclers by monitoring treatment details. Nurses will provide technical support, analyze treatment data, and deliver actionable clinical insights to optimize care.

Candidate Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse license (multi-state, NLC required)
  • Experience with dialysis therapy (preferred)
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • 2 to 4 years of contact center or customer service experience (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Must be based in the United States for HIPAA compliance

  • Processor: Intel Core i5 or min. 1.8 GHz (64-bit preferred)
  • RAM: 16 GB
  • Storage: 120 GB SSD (minimum 10 GB free)
  • Screen resolution: 1920x1080 preferred
  • Wired USB headset
  • Operating System: Windows 11 or later

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, within defined clinical scope of practice
  • Serve as telecare clinical contact for patients, clinicians, and internal teams
  • Handle escalations from Level 1 technical support, act as backup for supervisors
  • Adhere to health, safety, and operational procedures
  • Act as liaison between patients, employer staff, and client staff
  • Maintain accuracy of platform information, troubleshooting trees, and reference materials
  • Enhance patient experience, treatment quality, and reliability
  • Conduct scheduled and unscheduled outbound calls to patients and collaborators
  • Receive inbound calls and document outcomes appropriately
  • Use data analysis tools (Excel, Tableau) to identify root causes of treatment deviations and propose solutions

Training Program

  • Duration: 8 weeks
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 6 hours/day
  • Schedule: 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM CEST (10:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST)
  • Training Structure: 6 weeks of instructor-led training followed by a 2-week nesting period
  • Paid training provided

Production Hours

  • Flexible shifts within 9:00 AM 6:00 PM Eastern Time
  • 4 hours per day Monday to Friday total 20 hours per week
  • Possibility of increased hours in the future as the project keep growing
