Our client Pakistan TECH Recruiter is looking for Senior Power BI Developer.

Our client from Dubai wants to hire a Senior Power BI Developer with minimum five years of experience for full time on urgent basis. The timing to join is 10 AM to 7 PM. Following are the other details;

The Role
We are hiring a Senior Power BI Developer to own the delivery of enterprise reporting and analytics for our clients. This is a senior, hands-on role. You build the reports, models, and semantic layers yourself, and you also sit in front of clients to gather requirements, shape the solution, and present the results. You are the technical reference point for less experienced developers on the team.

The position is full-time and fully remote with a working day following UAE business hours

What You Will Work On
Enterprise Power BI reports and dashboards built for executive audiences.
Data models and semantic models that hold up under real data volumes and serve multiple reports.
Client engagements that range from a single high-value report to a full reporting estate.
Assessment and improvement of existing Power BI environments, including performance, structure, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery
Design and build Power BI reports and dashboards from requirements through to production.
Build robust data models, including star schema design and relationship management.
Write clean, performant DAX, and be able to explain how a complex measure works and why.
Develop and maintain semantic models that several reports can rely on.
Tune report and model performance so dashboards stay fast as data grows.
Apply consistent standards for naming, structure, documentation, and version control across every build.

Client and Lead
Run requirements sessions with client stakeholders and turn business questions into a clear, agreed reporting scope.
Present work to clients, walk them through findings, and handle feedback directly.
Own a client engagement end to end, keeping it on scope and on schedule.
Review the work of junior developers and mentor them on modeling, DAX, and delivery practice.
Set and uphold the technical standard for Power BI work across the team.

What We Are Looking For
These are the requirements for the role. A candidate should meet all of them.

Five or more years building Power BI solutions, with a clear track record on enterprise-scale reports.
Deep DAX skill, including writing and explaining complex measures.
Strong data modeling: star schema design, relationship management, and semantic model design.
Solid SQL and comfort working with data from multiple source systems.
Hands-on experience with the Power BI Service: workspaces, datasets, scheduled refresh, deployment, and row-level security.
A real eye for report design, and the judgement to build a dashboard an executive will actually use.
Confidence in front of clients. You can run a meeting, explain a model, and defend a design choice.
Clear written and spoken English.
Self-direction. Remote work here means owning your time and your deliverables without close supervision.

Nice to Have
Not required, but a plus.
Microsoft certifications such as PL-300, and the Fabric or data engineering certifications.
Microsoft Fabric experience.
Experience with Databricks or other modern data platforms.
A background in pharma, life sciences, healthcare, or government and public sector reporting.
Experience mentoring or leading a small team of developers.
