Remote Eligible: This position is not eligible for remote work
Special Instructions to Applicant: This is a part-time position, with a maximum of 19.5 hrs. per week

Job Summary: Reporting to the assigned campus leader, this role provides front-line customer service to students, employees, and the public at the TCC Learning Commons. This position is responsible for cross-training in multiple areas with the ability to assist with clerical, customer service, learning lab, library, and other professional duties throughout the Learning Commons. |

Required Minimum Qualifications: ⦁ Associates degree or 60 college hours and one (1) year of working experience related to the Essential Performance, or any equivalent combination of education and work-related experience |

Preferred Qualifications: ⦁ College education beyond the minimum requirements by level |

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: ⦁ Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services |
