Responsibilities

- →Lead the design, development, and rollout of a robust CARE Team framework and associated processes and tools that proactively meet the language, cultural, industry, and transaction management needs of Operations.
- →Effectively convey the mission and activities of the CARE Team to both Clients and Operations/Support Groups.
- →Champion the ongoing enhancement of the CARE Team’s Programs by leveraging both quantitative and qualitative analyses of set objectives, performance outcomes, and industry best practices.
