• →Read and follow detailed job orders, identify potential errors, and take corrective action as needed
• →Set up and adjust printing presses and production equipment according to job specifications
• →Operate assigned equipment, which may include high-speed multicolor digital printing equipment with finishing capabilities and four-color or greater printing presses with finishing equipment
• →Monitor print quality throughout production runs and make adjustments to ensure customer specifications are met
• →Monitor equipment performance, identify mechanical issues, and notify maintenance when necessary
• →Start and operate production jobs according to established schedules and priorities
• →Perform routine equipment maintenance and upkeep to support reliable operation
• →Meet production standards for output, waste, and spoilage
• →Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area to support efficient shift changeovers
• →Complete production logs, job documentation, and related paperwork accurately

• Mechanical and technical aptitude

• Basic math skills, including the ability to read a ruler and calculate label dimensions for stock optimization

• Ability to operate equipment to meet established production and quality standards

• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written work instructions

• Ability to communicate professionally with team members and supervisors

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand

• Regularly required to remain in a stationary position

• Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials

• Frequently required to move inside the facility

• Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

• Ability to distinguish colors

• Experience in a production-related environment
