Bancassurance Specilist

·       Execute the local Bancassurance strategy in the Romanian market, ensuring alignment with Group objectives, governance standards, and business priorities.

·       Drive the implementation and continuous enhancement of insurance products, pricing initiatives, sales performance activities, and the Bancassurance roadmap to support sustainable business growth.

·       Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights to HQ to optimize products, propositions, and commercial performance.

·       Identify opportunities to improve processes, operational efficiency, and the overall customer experience across Bancassurance activities.

·       Provide operational and analytical support for Bancassurance initiatives, ensuring timely execution of key projects and business priorities.

·       Manage day-to-day relationships with insurance partners, ensuring effective communication, issue resolution, and seamless operational delivery.

·       Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Training, Operations, and insurance partners, to successfully deliver strategic initiatives.

·       Support the implementation of new products and features through testing, coordination, and hands-on project execution.

·       Develop and maintain sales follow-up plans, ensuring transparency, consistency, and strong execution across the sales network.

·       Partner with the Training team to support the effective rollout and adoption of sales methodologies and product knowledge.

·       Contribute to process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness.

Perform other Bancassurance and insurance-related responsibilities as required to support business objectives.

·       3–5+ years of experience in Bancassurance, Insurance, Banking, Product Management, Sales Support, or a similar role.

·       Good understanding of insurance products, bancassurance models, and financial services.

·       Experience working with cross-functional teams and external business partners.

·       Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

·       Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret business data, identify trends, and propose practical solutions.

·       Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive and hands-on approach.

·       Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across different functions.

·       Customer-focused mindset with a continuous improvement attitude.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

·       Fluency in English (written and spoken); Romanian is required
