• →Supporting customers and local teams with contract administration and invoice-related tasks, along with related customer service activities.
• →Conduct proactive outreach campaigns.

·       Strong communication skills in English (B2) and French (C1)

• Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or BPO
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
• Proactive, organized, and tech-savvy (SAP/Salesforce is a plus)
