Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Coordinator with 2+ years of experience in IT to join our successful web project from the USA.

• 2+ years in IT, with at least 1 year in a coordination or management role
• Confident with Jira and agile processes
• Technical background sufficient to understand engineering conversations and earn team respect
• Actively uses AI tools; understands key concepts well enough to contribute to AI initiative coordination
• Strong communicator: proactive, structured, clear
• People-observant: reads team dynamics before they surface explicitly
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English

• QA or development background before moving into coordination

• →Close collaboration with the Delivery Director: DD owns strategic client relationships, PC owns the operational layer
• →Day-to-day delivery coordination: ceremonies, Jira, sprint discipline, blockers, PTO coordination and sprint coverage management
• →Reporting: time tracking, Tempo, team availability, overtime
• →Team: 5 Middle-Senior developers, 3 automation QA, 3 manual QA. Regular 1:1s; monitoring dynamics, morale, and interpersonal patterns
• →Supporting engineers' growth along agreed technical direction
• →Onboarding and offboarding support; interview participation
• →Surfacing team feedback and insights to client stakeholders
• →Operational communication with client-side stakeholders
• →Driving client-facing initiatives as they emerge. Owning them from kickoff to delivery

Our project focuses on creating and implementing cutting-edge technology solutions to tackle current and future challenges in the healthcare industry for health plans. By bringing together payers, providers, and business partners on one technology platform, we aim to facilitate transparent communication and support collaboration.

Active phase of development

Existing team on the client side. We work with the US team (Eastern and Central time zones) — around 10 people. Our team is 12 people (5 MEAN stack developers, 6 QA, 1 DD)

MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular and Node.js)

Full-time working day (flexible hours), possibility to work remotely or visit our offices in Lviv or Kyiv

1-st stage — Call with Recruiter (30 minutes)
2-nd stage — Interview with our Delivery Director and HR BP (1 hour)
