~1 min readWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Intern to join our QA team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or final-year students who are eager to build a career in software testing and quality assurance. You will work alongside experienced QA Engineers and Developers to ensure our web and mobile applications meet the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- → Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
- → Identify, document, and track software defects using bug-tracking tools.
- → Assist in creating and maintaining test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
- → Perform functional, regression, smoke, UI, and usability testing.
- → Verify bug fixes and conduct regression testing before releases.
- → Collaborate with developers, product managers, and senior QA engineers to resolve issues.
- → Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and QA review meetings.
- → Maintain accurate test documentation and testing reports.
- → Learn QA best practices, SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree (completed or final semester) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Knowledge of manual testing concepts and software testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Familiarity with Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, or similar bug-tracking tools.
- Basic knowledge of API testing using Postman.
- Understanding of SQL and databases.
- Exposure to automation testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with real-world software testing projects.
- Best practices for manual testing and defect management.
- Exposure to Agile software development environments.
- Collaboration with experienced developers and QA professionals.
