Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- →Active Georgia state license (LBA) or eligibility to obtain licensure in accordance with Georgia state regulations
- →Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field from an accredited institution
- →Completion of all BACB-required supervised fieldwork hours (1,500–2,000 hours depending on supervision model)
- →Demonstrated knowledge of ABA principles, data collection methods, and behavior intervention strategies
- →Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- →Ability to pass a state and federal background check
- →Must maintain all required certifications and licenses throughout employment
- →Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if position requires travel to home or school-based settings)

- →Experience independently developing and overseeing comprehensive ABA treatment for children with autism;
- →Experience conducting a variety of ABA modalities such as caregiver support sessions, group ABA treatment, and specialized treatments;
- →Minimum of 2 years of experience providing direct ABA therapy to children diagnosed with ASD; and/or
- →Minimum of 1 year of experience as a BCBA providing treatment to children diagnosed with ASD and supervising clinicians
