Responsibilities

→Collaborate with team members and families for the best possible outcomes.
→Maintain open, respectful communication with all team members.

Requirements

Must be able to perform specific computer and electronic device functions for data collection.
Must have reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel between different job sites.
Must have a valid State Driver’s License & insurance in good standing.
