Senior Facility Manager

The Building People, LLC seeks a Senior Facility Manager to manage maintenance, repair, and improvement activities across a multi-building campus (10 or more buildings) supporting the AFRL Aerospace Systems Directorate (RQ).

• →Manage maintenance, repair, and improvement work across a multi-building campus in coordination with government leadership and Facility Managers.
• →Schedule workload, materials procurement, and subcontractor services.
• →Perform work order cost analysis and initiate and authorize purchase orders.
• →Serve as customer service representative for assigned buildings, maintaining liaison with tenants and Civil Engineering.
