Sr. Strategic Capture Manager

The Building People is in search of a Sr Strategic Capture Manager.  The selected candidate will be a self-driven individual to complement our growing team to develop new business within the Federal/DoD market. The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented individual who can create long-term, trusting customer relationships.

• →Develops, organizes, and executes client call plans around The Building People’s capabilities
• →Identifies, qualifies, conducts capture and works with operations to shape opportunities
• →Conducts analysis of market opportunities within facilities management, building operations and maintenance, energy management, and workplace optimization services.  
• →Develops final win themes, win strategies, value propositions, and differentiators
• →Assesses and continually updates competitor capabilities, conducts SWOT analysis.
• →Establishes the team needed to bid the procurement, including subcontractors
• →Ensures a coherent, integrated The Building People message to customers while promoting the full breadth and depth of The Building People’s services and solutions that can support the customer’s mission
• →Supports overall proposal development efforts to include reviewing/editing proposal responses, participation on “color” and review teams, and providing support across functional lines.
• →Develops and tracks a strategic Call Plan which includes regular, periodic meetings with strategically relevant customer contacts
