Sales Account Executive (Hybrid)

The Bureau produces Fashion Weeks in New York, London, Milan, Paris, Los Angeles, Miami Swim Week, and Dallas, partnering with emerging and established fashion designers, luxury brands, exhibitors, and sponsors from around the world.
We're looking for ambitious Account Executives who enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and closing business.

Unlike many sales organizations where you're responsible for generating every opportunity yourself, we invest heavily in driving qualified demand.
You'll receive a consistent flow of inbound opportunities generated through:
- Paid Advertising
- Public Relations
- Social Media
- Referrals
- Organic Marketing
Your primary responsibility is to convert qualified opportunities into long-term clients.
You'll also execute targeted outbound prospecting (approximately 10%) to build relationships with high-fit designers, luxury brands, and sponsors while creating additional opportunities.
You'll own the entire sales process from first conversation through signed agreement.
Responsibilities include:
- Respond quickly to qualified inbound inquiries.
- Conduct consultative discovery calls to understand each client's goals.
- Recommend the right Fashion Week opportunities across our event portfolio.
- Negotiate and close agreements.
- Deliver a seamless handoff to onboarding.
- Maintain an organized pipeline within HubSpot.
- Follow up consistently across phone, email, text, and social channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, partnerships, and production to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Master our products, offers, and sales process.
- Build confidence in discovery conversations.
- Maintain an organized CRM.
- Respond quickly to inbound opportunities.
- Consistently build pipeline.
- Close new business.
- Improve conversion rates and sales cycle.
- Successfully package multi-event opportunities.
- Consistently exceed activity expectations.
- Build a healthy pipeline.
- Generate repeat and referral opportunities.
- Become a trusted advisor for your clients.
