Procurement Specialist

· Process purchase requests received from internal stakeholders (mainly operations and managers)

· Place orders with approved or selected suppliers and follow up on delivery status

· Ensure required materials (e.g. workwear, tools, office supplies) are available for daily operations

· Maintain basic overview of selected consumables (e.g. workwear) in cooperation with HR

· Record deliveries and maintain purchasing data in the system (e.g. SAP / Oracle)

· Verify invoices against purchase orders and report discrepancies if needed

· Resolve delivery issues and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely supply

· Ensure all purchases follow internal approval processes and company policies

Secondary education required; degree in logistics, business, or a related field is an advantage

Basic understanding of purchasing or logistics processes

Experience in purchasing, logistics, or administrative support roles

Experience in a warehouse or operational environment is an advantage

Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple purchase requests

Attention to detail, especially when working with orders and invoices

Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers

Basic problem-solving skills to handle delivery or supply issues
