Warehouse Operative with MHE

DP World are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative with MHE to join our Operations team. This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring customer requirements are met while maintaining high standards of safety, housekeeping, and accuracy. The successful candidate will work as part of the Warehouse team, carrying out a range of duties including picking, unloading, labelling, storing stock, and operating MHE where appropriately licensed.

• Receive, pick, unload, label, and store warehouse stock accurately and efficiently.
• Operate MHE safely and effectively where you hold a valid licence.
• Use WMS systems to support warehouse operations and maintain accurate stock records.
• Carry out inventory checks and maintain high standards of accuracy and quality.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, hygiene, and Health & Safety at all times.
• Work closely with the Warehouse team and other departments to support operational requirements.
• Meet agreed UPH targets and contribute to the efficient running of the warehouse.
• Provide help and assistance to colleagues and other departments when required.
• Act as an ambassador for DP World at all times, promoting company values, safety standards, and a positive working culture.

• Minimum GCSE standard.
• Previous warehouse experience or a good understanding of warehouse operations.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills.
• A strong team player with a flexible and positive approach.
• Physically fit, with the ability to carry out some heavy lifting.
• Ability to work safely, accurately, and to agreed performance targets.
• Experience using IT systems is desirable.
• Own transport is desirable.
