Master Scheduler - Livonia Area

• →Keep planning data accurate in the ERP system.
• →Build and maintain the master production schedule for all active work orders.
• →Coordinate with sales and customer service to align demand with available capacity.
• →Review material availability with purchasing before releasing the schedule.
• →Adjust the schedule when orders change, equipment goes down, or parts arrive late.
• →Lead daily or weekly production planning meetings with shop floor supervisors.
• →Track schedule adherence and report on-time delivery performance.

• Working knowledge of ERP or MRP systems.
• Strong understanding of capacity planning and lead times.
• Ability to read demand forecasts and translate them into build plans.
• Clear written and verbal communication across production, purchasing, and sales.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and production data analysis.
• Experience building production schedules in a manufacturing environment.

• APICS or similar supply chain certification.
• Experience in a high-mix or made-to-order shop.
• Familiarity with lean scheduling methods and continuous improvement.
• Prior work as a production planner or materials planner.
• Experience with schedule recovery during supply disruptions.
