NPI Engineer - Caledonia Area

• →Drive the successful transfer of new products from design to manufacturing.
• →Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to optimize product design for manufacturability and testability.
• →Develop and implement manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment for new product introduction.
• →Conduct process validation and qualification activities to ensure product quality and reliability.
• →Identify and resolve technical challenges during the NPI phase, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• →Create and maintain comprehensive manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and process specifications.
• →Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance NPI efficiency and reduce time-to-market.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in NPI (New Product Introduction) within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to interpret and translate engineering designs (CAD, schematics, BOMs) into manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including assembly, test, and quality control.
• Experience with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems and ERP systems.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.

• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) for manufacturing quality.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to script or program for automation (e.g., Python, MATLAB).
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles relevant to industrial control systems.
