NPI Engineer - Wayland Area

• →Drive the successful transfer of new products from design to manufacturing.
• →Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to optimize product designs for manufacturability.
• →Develop and implement robust manufacturing processes for new products.
• →Conduct process validation and qualification activities for new product introduction.
• →Identify and mitigate potential manufacturing risks during the NPI phase.
• →Lead continuous improvement initiatives for NPI processes and tools.
• →Support pilot production runs and initial ramp-up activities for new products.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years experience in NPI (New Product Introduction) within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Altium Designer, Eagle, OrCAD) for PCB design and layout.
• Experience with manufacturing processes, DFM (Design for Manufacturability), and DFA (Design for Assembly) principles.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems and engineering change order (ECO) processes.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues related to new product introduction.

• Experience with PLM systems (e.g., Windchill, Teamcenter).
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBA) for data automation.
• Ability to read and interpret GD&T.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
