Quoting Specialist - Walker Area

• →Prepare and submit accurate and timely price quotations to customers.
• →Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to determine cost estimates.
• →Collaborate with engineering, sales, and production teams to gather necessary information for quotes.
• →Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to secure orders.
• →Maintain and update a comprehensive database of pricing, products, and customer information.
• →Identify cost-saving opportunities and suggest alternative materials or processes.

• 2+ years experience in a quoting or estimating role within manufacturing.
• Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills for accurate cost calculations.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with sales, engineering, and production.

• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Certification in a relevant field (e.g., CPIM, CSCP)
• Proficiency in a second language
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and terminology
