Senior Accountant

We are hiring new Professional Accountants to join our growing and dynamic accounting team. We are a well-established accounting firm and on the look-out for Professional Accountants to join our rock star team. You will be responsible for managing and growing your own portfolio of accounting clients within our firm. Duties & Responsibilities: Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for all financial matters. Understanding clients' financial goals and objectives and providing tailored financial solutions and advice. Collaborating with clients to gather and analyze financial information, including income, expenses, and investments. Day-to-day accounting tasks for a portfolio of clients. Compile Monthly/Weekly financial reports (management accounts) to your portfolio of clients. Ensure your clients are compliant with SARS and CIPC. Manage a team of trainee accountant/s. Requirements Desired Qualifications & Experience: BCom Degree in Accounting/Financial Management. Completed SAIPA/SAICA articles. Must be registered with a recognized board, being - CIMA, Prof Account SA, and Charted Accountants SA Minimum two years post-article experience within a practice. Must know Xero Software.
