Chief Technology Officer (Vietnamese/Indian Nationals)

This role is based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, with international relocation. Candidates from Vietnam and India are especially encouraged to apply.

• Define and execute the technology roadmap in direct partnership with the CEO
• Serve as technical authority in client engagements commercially led by the CBO and sales team
• Lead technology due diligence for partnerships and potential acquisitions
• Build relationships with hyperscaler technical teams (AWS, Azure, GCP) at the architecture and co-engineering level
• Establish engineering governance and architecture standards across all business units

• Own execution across Software Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud and GPU Infrastructure, DevOps, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, Data Engineering, QA, and R&D.
• Lead the AI/GPU infrastructure team (multi-model architecture spanning DeepSeek, Llama, Qwen) supporting delivery across the business
• Build modern, cloud-native, compliance-grade platforms from day one
• Establish CI/CD, DevSecOps, and observability standards

• Close ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certification gaps currently blocking enterprise deal cycles
• Establish a scoped roadmap for HIPAA and GDPR readiness tied to active pipeline requirements
• Deliver a technical architecture assessment across all four business units

• Drive AI-native product development and own build-vs-buy-vs-partner decisions
• Develop proprietary platforms and reusable IP targeting 20-30% of company revenue

• Build and scale the engineering organization in step with company growth
• Recruit and retain senior technical talent, and build succession pipelines

• 15+ years of progressive engineering/technology leadership experience
• 5+ years as CTO, VP Engineering, or Chief Architect at a $100M+ revenue or 1,000+ employee technology/services organization
• Demonstrated success taking an organization through SOC 2/ISO 27001 certification from scratch
• Proven AI/ML platform build experience, not adoption or integration alone
• Track record of executing a CEO's technology vision as a peer executive, with strong alignment discipline within an executive team
• Experience with international enterprise clients (US/EU preferred)
