We're looking for a Leasing Specialist who is personable, empathetic, creative and driven. You're a self-starter with excellent customer service skills, a proven record of closing transactions, and a passion for exceptional service. This is a highly visible role that calls for a warm demeanor, a collaborative spirit and impeccable follow-through.

About the Property:

• →Build the leasing pipeline. Prospect relentlessly through relationship building, cold outreach and community engagement with universities, academic departments and local partners.
• →Be the property's ambassador. Understand what prospective residents prefer, want and need. Tell the story of life at Thirteen15 and bring it to life on tours. Follow up with every prospect personally and build lasting relationships.
• →Drive marketing and social media. Work with the corporate marketing team and property leadership to develop, execute and monitor a marketing and social media strategy. Conduct regular market surveys, track how well current strategies are working, and share insights and ideas with leadership.
• →Deliver seamless move-ins and move-outs. Coordinate with the property team to make every transition memorable. Prepare and maintain all paper and electronic files, including lease renewals and evictions, in compliance with company policy, state landlord/tenant law, and state and federal fair housing laws. Keep resident profiles and ledgers current in Yardi.
• →Keep the property in impeccable condition. Conduct annual unit inspections and coordinate maintenance requests. Follow up with residents to make sure our product and service have exceeded their expectations.
• →Be the neighborhood expert. Recommend local activities, businesses and services so residents and guests have a great experience in New Orleans.
• →Bring the community together. Help plan, coordinate and promote resident social events.
• →Take ownership. Solve problems proactively, even outside your area. Take on new initiatives and responsibilities as they come up, and look for chances to lead and help the company reach its larger goals.
