i-Ready - Digitalization Coordinator

The Digitalization Coordinator supports the design, implementation, and monitoring of digital transformation initiatives. This role researches and evaluates emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, drones, and satellite systems, assessing their potential applications. The role collaborates with internal teams and external partners to develop digital solutions addressing social and environmental challenges and assists with backend or coding-related tasks alongside IT and technical teams when needed. The Digitalization Coordinator tracks and analyzes ICT and digital trends, providing insights and recommendations to management. They also prepare reports, presentations, and digital strategy materials to support project alignment and stakeholder communication, ensuring all digitalization projects contribute to innovation, efficiency, and organizational objectives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Digital Innovation, Data Science, or Smart Systems is an advantage. 1–3 years of experience in ICT, digital solutions, or technology-related project coordination preferred. Exposure to AI, IoT, or smart city projects is a plus. Familiarity with AI, IoT, and smart city solutions. Basic understanding of backend programming, coding, and system integration. Strong interest in emerging technologies and the ability to conduct research on future technology trends. Knowledge of current ICT and digital technology trends. Interest in applying technologies such as drones, satellites, and other digital tools for social and environmental initiatives. Familiarity or interest in Smart City Solutions, AI, IoT, Drone and Satellite Technology, Blockchain, FinTech, Cloud Storage, Digitization, and Automation is an added advantage.
