The HR & Admin Coordinator is responsible for managing daily HR and administrative operations, including maintaining staff records, leave management, and office documentation. This role supports recruitment, onboarding, and staff orientation, and assists in developing and updating HR policies and procedures. The HR & Admin Coordinator also coordinates internal communications, ensures compliance with company policies, and provides general administrative support such as scheduling, correspondence, and filing. Additionally, this position supports payroll processing and liaises with the Finance team on HR-related matters. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles preferred. Knowledge of HRIS systems is an advantage. Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and labor regulations. Strong organizational, multitasking, and administrative skills. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
