About the Role

~1 min read

As the leading news organization for independent real estate journalism, The Real Deal produces more than 25 high-stakes events each year, ranging from large-format trade shows and conferences to executive-level forums and custom events for our clients. These events are the central nervous system for deal flow and capital raising in the industry.

As Attendee Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for registrations, engagement metrics, and growth for live in-person attendees. Specifically, you will be responsible for orchestrating, optimizing, and overseeing marketing strategies to achieve ticket sales and registration goals for live programs, directly contributing to the new business growth and success of the group.

This is an acquisition marketing role focused exclusively on audience development and attendance generation for revenue, not an event operations or experiential production role. You will report to the Head of Marketing and work in our office, located near Hudson Yards, 3x a week
