Education Lead Stylist

We’re developing YOU to be a figure that our up-and-coming stylists WANT to learn from. Be part of INSPIRING our team to love our customers, help us communicate well with them and be our seed stylist **

SPP (Supervised Practical Program)

• Help evaluate SPP and general team learning 
• Be the assigned mentor of an SPP. Host them alongside your chair
  •  means little practically but that you’re rooting for them, helping them verbally with formulas and placements and providing their educators with feedback to help us help them

Education 

• Be part of the team (Education) that ensures our skills are meeting the needs of clients
  • Help ensure our level ladder and education system is hitting the mark
• With experience and training, participate in advanced education (teaching)
• Attend out of house education opportunities that come up - you’ll get first dibs! (for example -  there may be opportunities to travel to Davines events, product information nights or what have you)
• Participate in company meetings and offer simple sessions on things such as:
  • Products
  • Customer service
  • Blow outs
  • Consultations tips
  • Sink services 

Compensation:

• Increased commission (since SPP): +2%
• Hourly wage for teaching classes and meetings: $25 (same as teacher)
• If sent out to education, cost of education is paid for.
