Our Bar Waiters are extremely valuable members of our team.

He or she needs to become an extension of our vision, be able to understand our ethics, policies & principles, to seize them and deliver them to each member of his/her team.

To be willing to represent The Rooster as our team member while on site yet also towards the outside world, so we can rise together and be willing to provide a home away from home.

We are contracting these relationships on mutual respect & generosity, while we need to be able to deliver our one of kind services and offerings based on accountability and extreme professionalism.

• Serve as a role model.
• Ability to be trained respectfully towards our principles with accountability and professionalism.
• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to our principles by anticipating and addressing guests' service needs.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
• Support team to reach common goals.
• Study and apply our menus and culinary mentality with discipline.
• Comply with healthy and safety regulations.
• Be able to use software programs for daily programming.

• Minimum of 3 years proven experience 
• Very good knowledge of English language
• Pleasant, polite and friendly personality with development and growth attitude
• Professional behavior aiming to provide high quality services
• Attention to detail and organization skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to demanding situations
