The Staff Pad is partnering with a premier fine art logistics company to hire a Driver. This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role for someone who takes pride in leading in the field, ensuring the safe handling, transport, and installation of high-value furniture and artwork. What You’ll Do Safely transport, pack, and install high-value furniture and artwork Lead and communicate project details clearly to on-site teams Prepare and maintain: Condition reports Bills of lading (BOLs) Inventory and job documentation Track time, tools, and materials for accurate job invoicing Tag, photograph, measure, and inventory items for transport or storage Maintain clean, organized trucks, tools, and equipment Ensure proper handling of all client property following company protocols Identify and resolve issues during moves, packing, or installations Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently Report and document any damages within required timeframes Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects Leadership Responsibilities Train and mentor team members on proper handling, packing, and installation techniques Lead by example with professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail Support team coordination and communication on job sites Promote safe work practices and proactive damage prevention Contribute to team meetings and continuous improvement efforts What We’re Looking For Required: High school diploma or equivalent 2–3+ years of experience in: Moving, delivery, logistics, or installation work Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Strong attention to detail and ability to follow handling protocols Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on-site Strong communication and teamwork skills Professional, client-facing demeanor Preferred: Experience leading or mentoring team members Customer service experience in a client-facing environment Experience handling high-value, fragile, or specialty items Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs Ability to push/pull heavy items using appropriate equipment Comfortable with physical activity including lifting, bending, climbing, and reaching Experience using equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, and hand tools Why This Role This is a great opportunity to work in a specialized industry handling high-value items while building leadership skills in the field.
