Reporting to the Director, through the Clinical Manager the Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for the following duties.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our private practice in a salaried, full-time role with a primary focus on psychological assessment. This position emphasizes conducting comprehensive, standardized evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. The successful candidate will manage a consistent caseload, meet defined billing and client service targets, and contribute to high-quality, efficient assessment services within a collaborative clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments across the lifespan using standardized batteries (e.g., cognitive, academic, neuropsychological, behavioral, and personality measures).
- Administer, score, and interpret assessments for diagnostic clarification (e.g., ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, learning disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, personality disorders).
- Produce clear, concise, and integrative psychological reports within established turnaround timelines.
- Provide feedback sessions to clients and/or caregivers, translating findings into practical recommendations.
- Maintain a steady caseload aligned with practice expectations for billable services and client throughput.
- Meet or exceed established billing targets, including assessment hours, report writing time, and feedback sessions.
- Collaborate with other clinicians, referral sources, and external professionals (e.g., schools, physicians).
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with regulatory, ethical, and practice standards.
- Contribute to practice growth through strong client care, retention, and professional reputation.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparation, planning and delivery of public awareness activities, including sponsored healthcare events, community events and corporate wellness activities.
- Develop and deliver wellness presentations on topics of interest and expertise to community and corporate clients.
- Contribute to the development and participation in social media content to enhance service awareness and public health education related to the mission, vision, values and standards.
Other Company Responsibilities: Any other clinical duties assigned by Clinical Manager/Director, including but not limited to the following:
- Maintain the highest standard of confidentiality at all times
- Maintain documentation in a timely manner using our EHR platform.
- Perform additional tasks as designated by the Clinical Manager or Director.
- Uphold the company’s mission, vision, values, standards, and procedures.

Candidate Requirements
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology.
- Masters degree may be considered with relevant clinical experience
- Licensed or license-eligible as a Clinical Psychologist.
- Demonstrated expertise in psychological assessment using standardized instruments across age groups.
- Strong diagnostic formulation and report-writing skills.
- Familiarity with DSM-5-TR criteria and evidence-based assessment practices.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high clinical standards.
- Strong foundation in trauma-informed care
- Familiarity with culturally responsive and developmentally appropriate assessment practices.
- Comfort with digital scoring/reporting platforms.
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Clean police clearance
