Salary: $22-$23/hour + bonus + benefits + housing discount

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, 24hr on-call every three weeks

Our Maintenance Technicians are the trusted heroes who keep our communities running smoothly. Whether tackling urgent repairs or preventive projects, you’ll be the one residents count on to feel safe, cared for, and at home.

Responsibilities

→Knock out work orders and preventive maintenance with care.
→Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
→Keep common areas clean, safe, and welcoming.
→Provide helpful, friendly support during resident interactions.
→Participate in on-call rotation when your community needs you most.

Maintenance know-how across multiple trades.
HVAC certified, required.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repair.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Reliability and a customer-first attitude.
Team spirit and willingness to jump in where needed.
