Seasonal Forklift Driver

Position Summary:
The Forklift Driver will safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment to support warehouse operations, maintaining order and inventory integrity in accordance with established Tiffany & Co. care and handling guidelines. This role ensures secure handling of Tiffany & Co.’s assets while consistently meeting or exceeding productivity requirements based on business needs and metrics.

Shift Requirement:  Sunday - Thursday 7:00AM - 3:30PM 

Key Responsibilities:
•    Operate forklifts and other warehouse material handling equipment to load, unload, move, and stage inventory and shipments.
•    Maintain order and inventory integrity while following established care, handling, and asset security guidelines.
•    Support outbound shipment processes by transporting cartons and pallets to staging areas, ensuring correct labeling and secure preparation for domestic and international transport.
•    Assist with systematic shipping steps, processing, and inventory tracking as required by business needs.
•    Consistently meet or exceed operational productivity requirements and safety standards.
•    Adhere to all Tiffany & Co. operational standards, safety regulations, and compliance guidelines.

Requirements:
•    Valid Forklift certification needed.
•    Proven experience operating material handling equipment in a warehouse or distribution environment.
•    Ability to maintain inventory integrity and follow strict asset security guidelines.
•    Strong attention to detail and ability to meet or exceed productivity standards and metrics.
•    Good communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with shipping and operations teams.
