Tiger Analytics is looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our fast-growing advanced analytics consulting firm. We are the trusted analytics partner for multiple Fortune 500 companies, enabling them to generate business value from data. We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team. 8+ years of business analysis / functional consulting, with 3+ years on data platform or analytics programmes. Full-lifecycle ownership — Discovery through UAT sign-off.

Responsibilities

→Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for system enhancements and upgrades.
→Discovery: Define sub-domain scope and the entity list (business definition, grain, priority)
→Map business process to source systems; establish system of record per entity.
→With DE leads, scan Databricks / Snowflake catalogues and produce entity → source → dataset mappings with coverage verdicts.
→Drive SME interviews — elicit use cases, capabilities, attribute-level requirements, build Discovery readouts and secure client sign-off.
→Build - Own the BRD/FRD — canonical attribute register with source arbitration, traceable from use case to attribute
→Act as functional authority for DEs: business rules, grain, hierarchies, code sets. Review STTMs against signed requirements; assess change requests for scope impact.
→UAT- define test scope and business scenarios traced to requirements, run UAT with business SMEs, triage defects, drive to closure with evidence, secure UAT sign-off; document residual open items and handover material.

Requirements

8+ years of business analysis / functional consulting, with 3+ years on data platform or analytics programmes. Full-lifecycle ownership — discovery through UAT sign-off.
Strong supply chain or equivalent enterprise domain grounding — credible with business SMEs unaided
SAP (ECC/BW/HANA) or comparable ERP data structure knowledge; understands master vs transaction vs state data
SQL and data catalogue literacy (Databricks / Snowflake) — able to validate coverage and test results independently
Medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold) understanding sufficient to make sourcing recommendations
Artefact discipline: BRD/FRD, STTM, traceability matrices, UAT packs
Comfortable facilitating workshops and presenting to client director/VP level.
Nice to have: Healthcare distribution/pharma supply chain; WMS/TMS/planning exposure (Kinaxis, Manhattan, Infios); SAFe/PI cadence; data governance and RBAC awareness.
