Marketing Co-ordinator

Marketing Co-ordinator - Preferably Hamilton based (could consider other TW locations)

About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support the delivery of day to day marketing activity across the firm.  This is a hands on role suited to someone who enjoys execution, organisation, and continuous improvement.

We’re open to candidates at any stage from graduates starting their career through to experienced marketers interested in AI, automation, and process improvement.  This is a fixed term role due to a parental leave within the team but also supporting the growth of the firm.  This role is designed build documented, repeatable processes, increase delivery capacity across key marketing activities and support the firm’s broader focus on innovation, AI, and automation.

What You’ll Do

• Marketing Production & Execution - Create marketing assets using templates (social media graphics, proposals, presentations, collateral) Work across tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft 365
• Operational Delivery - Manage recurring marketing outputs including eNewsletters, CEO updates, social media content, website updates, articles and directory submissions and CRM updates (HubSpot)
• Marketing Process & Improvement – working with our established P&I team where appropriate and within the team to document how recurring activities are performed, identify opportunities for automation, collaborate with various teams to implement improvements

What You’ll Bring

We’re open on experience level, but ideal candidates will demonstrate strong organisation and attention to detail, ability to follow and improve structured processes, confidence using (or willingness to learn) tools like Canva, Adobe, HubSpot, clear written communication skills and a interest in AI and automation.
