Leasing Administrator

1. →Assist the Leasing Manager in driving leasing activity at the marina
2. →Represent TopSide Marinas to prospective customers in a courteous and professional manner with a focus on putting the customer first
3. →Collaborate with the Leasing Manager to meet established leasing goals
4. →Process leasing paperwork and gather necessary documentation for new member contracts and renewal contracts
5. →Collect fees and rental payments via credit card
6. →Must be available to work weekends

1. Act with the highest level of integrity and maintain a positive attitude
2. High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
3. Be hospitable, enthusiastic, and people-friendly
4. 1-2 years of office experience or customer service preferred
5. Experience with Microsoft Office products required, specifically Microsoft Excel
6. Can work in a fast-paced environment
7. Must be able to work on a team and be able to work well with co-workers
8. Commercial awareness and an eye for detail in all aspects of work
9. Ability to work well under all conditions, especially handle extreme weather conditions
10. Must be able to swim and be comfortable working around water
11. Proficient in written and verbal communication with strong organizational skills
