• → Previous experience in the hotel industry with a strong knowledge of Cape Town.

• →Excellent communication skills with staff and stakeholders at all levels.
• →Proven track record of delivering outstanding guest service and effective time management.
• →Ability to organise, plan ahead, and manage workload efficiently.
• →A collaborative and self-driven individual who can work both independently and as part of a team.
• →Ability to manage and motivate a team of staff members.
• →Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
• →Excellent computer skills, specifically using Google and Internet applications.
